Email Me is mainly designed as a note-to-self app, but you can also send notes to other email addresses you configure.

You can synchronize the recipient you want with the Watch app from:

Settings > Advanced Configuration > Watch Screen

Then select the recipient you want to use on Apple Watch.

Premium users can send unlimited notes and emails.

There's no fixed note limit for premium users.

First, check your spam or junk folder.

Sometimes email servers mark automated emails as spam. You can also whitelist the sender email address to make sure Email Me messages always reach your inbox.

Yes. You can set a default reply-to email address in the app settings.

This lets replies go to the email address you choose.

Yes. You can set a sender alias so emails from Email Me show a custom sender name.

Yes. Email Me supports custom SMTP senders.

This gives you more control over how your emails are sent and which sender address is used.

Yes. Email Me is built with privacy in mind.

The app doesn't store your notes locally or on the server. When you send a note, the app makes a request to the server, the server generates the email, sends it, and doesn't archive or store your data.

Email Me is designed to be private, simple, and focused on sending your notes to your own inbox.

You can cancel your subscription anytime.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so cancellation, billing, and refunds are managed through your Apple account.

Email Me is not a free app.

I know free apps are nice, but in reality, free apps often don't make enough money to survive long-term. Email Me is built and maintained by me, Manuel, as an indie developer.

I spend a lot of time improving the app, adding feature requests, fixing issues, and helping users directly. My goal is to keep listening to users and keep making Email Me faster, more reliable, and more useful for productivity geeks like me.
